5. AI-Generated Outputs

Outputs generated by the platform may contain inaccuracies or incomplete information.

You are responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before relying on them.

TopRail does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual Property

All TopRail branding, software, designs, and platform materials are owned by TopRail or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Services.

7. Subscription & Payments

Certain features may require paid subscriptions.

Fees are billed as described at the time of purchase and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

We may modify pricing with reasonable notice.

8. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time without liability.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPRAIL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO TOPRAIL DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TopRail and its affiliates from claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your submitted content

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Services in a manner that could harm TopRail or others.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which TopRail operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
