Questions about pricing
Can I try before upgrading?
Yes. Every account starts with 3 free GP profile views, plus 1 additional view for every rating you submit – up to 8 total. You can contribute ratings and access a meaningful slice of the database before deciding to upgrade.
What happens to my ratings if I downgrade?
Your ratings are yours permanently and remain in the database regardless of your plan. Downgrading only affects your access to GP profiles – your contribution to the community stays intact.
Is there a team or multi-seat plan?
Not currently. Top Rail is designed for individual founders. If you're interested in team access, contact us at hello@toprail.ai.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing charges $500 upfront for 12 months of full access – equivalent to $41.67/month, saving you 17% compared to monthly billing. You can cancel before your renewal date for a prorated refund.
